Terms & Conditions
  1. To enter this competition simply complete the online entry form at: www.jet2.com/45 giving the answers to the 45 'guess the destination’ photographs. The first 10,000 entries with all 45 correct answers received after 12 noon on 30th January 2009 will be winners. The number of entries per person is unlimited. Only one prize per household is permitted. All entries must be received by 28th February 2009.
  2. There are 10,000 prizes of 1 return flight per runner-up to a Jet2.com destination of their choice from the 6 Jet2.com UK as follows:

    Lanzarote, Malaga, Alicante, Amsterdam, Avignon(Provence), Barcelona, Belfast, Milan, Paris, Chambery, Dusseldorf, Faro, Rome, Geneva, Crete (Heraklion), Ibiza, Jersey, Krakow, , Almeria, La Rochelle, Tel Aviv, Menorca (Mahon), Murcia, Nice, Cyprus (Olbia), Paphos, Palma, Rhodes, Prague, Pisa, Tenerife, Toulouse, Salzburg, Venice, Sharm el Sheikh, Newquay, Larnaca, Split, Budapest, Cork, Corfu, Dalaman, Dubrovnik, Blackpool & Albert.
  3. Flights must be booked by 30th September 2009 and taken before 31st March 2010. The prize flights are subject to availability and may not be taken at peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank/School holidays. Block out dates vary depending on departure airport, for specific block out dates for your departure airport see below. Prize flights are subject to availability and there are a restricted number of free seats are available per flight, Jet2.com reserve the right to offer alternative dates/destination if this allocation is met. Changes to names and travel dates are subject to the standard change fee plus any difference in fare as outlined in the airline's general terms and conditions of carriage, which can be found on www.jet2.com. Checked baggage is not included. Please check at time of booking exact dates and times of travel. Entrants must be UK residents and 18 years of age or over and all passengers travelling on prize flights must have a valid passport to travel, together with any relevant visa and/or other entry requirements. The winning entrant must travel. Prizes are non-transferable. No purchase is necessary.

    Belfast – Flights may not be taken between 12th – 16th February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 25th June – 7th September 09, 22nd October – 2nd November 09, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th -31st March 2010.

    Blackpool – Flights may not be taken between 12th – 23rd February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 21st May – 1st June 09, 16th July – 7th September 09, 22nd October – 2nd November 09, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th – 31st March 2010.

    Edinburgh – Flights may not be taken between 12th – 23rd February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 14th – 26th May 09, 25th June – 24th August 09, 15th – 26th October, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th -31st March 2010.

    Leeds Bradford – Flights may not be taken between 12th – 23rd February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 21st May – 1st June 09, 16th July – 7th September 09, 22nd October 09 – 2nd November 09, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th -31st March 2010.

    Manchester – Flight may not be taken between 12th – 23rd February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 21st May – 1st June 09, 16th July – 7th September 09, 22nd October – 2nd November 09, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th – 31st March 2010.

    Newcastle – Flights may not be taken between 12th – 23rd February 09, 2nd – 20th April 09, 21st May – 1st June 09, 16th July – 7th September 09, 22nd October – 2nd November 09, 17th December 09 – 8th January 2010, 11th – 22nd February 2010 and 25th – 31st March 2010.

  4. This Prize Draw is open to residents of Great Britain over the age of 18 years of age excluding employees and officers of the Promoter and/or their relatives; anyone professionally connected with the Promotion including (but not limited to) employees of the marketing agencies.
  5. All amendments to flight bookings such as changes to departure dates are subject to payment of an amendment fee plus any difference in fare as stated in Jet2.com's conditions of carriage at www.jet2.com.
  6. Travel insurance is excluded. Winners should take out their own insurance. Any additional services e.g. baggage or extra leg room must be booked and paid for at the time of booking the prize flights. Winners with special needs such as requirement for wheelchair assistance should contact the Call Centre on 0871 226 1737. Airport taxes will be paid for by the Promoter.
  7. By entering this competition winners agree to take part in related publicity.
  8. Employees and officers of the Promoter and/or their relatives and anyone professionally connected with this promotion including (but not limited to) employees of the marketing agencies may not enter.
  9. All prizes must be accepted as offered. In the event of a prize not being available the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative is available for prizes won.
  10. Winners shall be notified by telephone or email. If the Promoter cannot contact a winner directly by 28th February 2009 or a winner is drawn more than once, the Promoter reserves the right to make another randomly selected draw to establish a new winner.
  11. Jet2.com is not liable for late, lost or entries not received and does not accept any responsibility for any failure by the winners or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions. Jet2.com's decision is final and binding in all respects.
  12. Jet2.com will not be liable for any cancellations, alterations or modifications to the prize draw or the prizes for any reason which falls outside its reasonable control. Jet2.com reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights for administrative reasons without prior notice. Note that Jet2.com's schedules are not guaranteed. Any changes will be notified via email.
  13. Jet2.com may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions without notice or cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so. By entering this competition entrants are deemed to accept these rules.
